Betsafe Named Exclusive Sponsor Of Godsent

SPORTS NEWS

Betsson, otherwise known as the parent company of Betsafe, a Canadian online casino, now has the option to bet on online-based sports competitions. The gaming industry has exploded in recent months, which has led to an increase in demand for Esports betting opportunities. This growth resulted in two Swedish organizations joining forces to provide viewers and users with a top-of-the-line experience.

Betsafe's First Partnership Of This Kind

Betsafe is well-known for its traditional sports sponsorships, supporting people such as MMA fighter Conor McGregor, English football club Manchester City, and Formula One racing team Alfa Romeo.

The new addition to Betsafe's betting options is the first of its kind, given that GODSENT is their first sports partnership related to the gaming industry and not the traditional sports industry. Although the sponsorship is still relatively new, both parties have a lot of exceptions for the future.

Kim Ekelund, Head of Marketing Sweden at Betsson Group, opens up about the deal at says; "I believe there's still a lot of progress to be made in the esports arena, and this sponsorship between ambitious GODSENT and Betsafe is a concrete example of our commitment towards the future of esports."

At the moment, the commitment between both organizations will last for three years. Given that Betsafe and GODSENT are well-established and ambitious organizations, they are confident that this strategic alliance promotes growth. Especially for GODSENT, who aim to grow into a tier-one organization.

Besides being exclusive betting partners, Betsafe will also be the headline sponsor of GODSENT's Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS: GO) division. CS: GO is one of the most popular games amongst European gamers and players, making the deal to have Betsafe as the title's sponsor a possibility to expand recognition further than the European market.

What Betsafe And GODSENT Will Bring To The Table

The awareness boost that both parties aim to receive will be through naming Betsafe as the sponsor and other branding opportunities. Social media will be one of the main tools that they will use to boost brand exposure while enhancing social media activation.

These activities through social media platforms will bring in more collaborations, while we will also see exclusive marketing rights gain through this deal. Using these rights, they will aim to increase the visibility of the partnership and amplify brand awareness for both Betsafe and GODSENT.

GRID Esports, a well-known data network, also plays a part in this deal, even though GODSENT already has its content creators spanning ten premier esports games. GRID will contribute to the collaboration by providing GODSENT with an abundance of content for upcoming matches using their vast network of publishers.

In addition to all of that, the deal also includes that Betsafe will financially support GODSENT. However, details about how the Swedish team will get funding has yet to see light.

GODSENT and Betsafe have their minds set on making the most of this deal, but the people who will benefit most are the viewers and users at the end of the day. According to the terms of the agreement, they will allow the end-users to gain behind-the-scenes access to the latest odds, betting tips, and much more.

A final say from the CEO of GODSENT, Ludwig Sandgren, was, "We are very proud that Betsafe, with its long tradition of investing in extraordinary content and sponsorships, has signed this long-standing commitment with us."
